Academic Delivery: Conduct high-quality IELTS preparation courses ranging from Foundation to Advanced levels, as well as specialized pre-IELTS General/Communicative English courses.
Curriculum Development: Design comprehensive lesson plans, personalize learning pathways, and cultivate highly engaging, interactive classroom activities to optimize student performance.
Student Support & Assessment: Monitor student progress, provide detailed feedback on Writing & Speaking components, and implement effective remedies to bridge student learning gaps.
Brand & Content Collaboration: Actively participate in academic and marketing-related projects, including educational video production, livestream sessions, and digital content creation to enhance the center’s brand presence.
Professional Contribution: Attend regular academic meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions to ensure continuous professional development and maintain teaching quality standards.

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in English Language Studies, English Language Teaching (ELT), Linguistics, or related fields. Candidates from other disciplines must possess recognized English teaching certifications (TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL).
Language Proficiency: Minimum IELTS Overall Band 8.0 (with no sub-scores below 7.0). Must hold a valid, unexpired official IELTS certificate.
Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses with a solid grasp of the IELTS test format, assessment criteria, and band descriptors.
Core Competencies: Professional pedagogy, dynamic classroom management, and excellent public speaking skills. A proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of responsibility.
Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who are available to onboard immediately.
