• Classroom Management: Assist native and local teachers in managing classrooms, maintaining order, and facilitating a productive learning environment.
• In-Class Speaking Feedback: Directly monitor, evaluate, and provide constructive, immediate feedback on students’ Speaking performance during class hours.
• Grading & Assessment: Take responsibility for grading first-round Speaking and Writing homework submissions for assigned classes, ensuring detailed correction in alignment with IELTS band descriptors.
• Student Care Coordination: Collaborate closely with IELTS Teachers and the Academic Affairs department to monitor student progress, address learning bottlenecks, and maintain high student satisfaction.
• Extracurricular Activities: Take an active role in organizing, hosting, and operating the weekly Speaking Club to create an immersive English-speaking community for students.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu công việc

• Educational Background: Undergraduate students from Universities of Education or Foreign Language studies, with a strong career orientation toward becoming future IELTS teachers.
• Language Proficiency: Minimum IELTS Overall Band 7.5 with a Speaking sub-score of 7.0+ (Valid official certificate). Having a Writing sub-score of 7.0+ is a significant advantage.
• Core Competencies: Highly diligent, proactive, fast-learning, and possesses a strong growth mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students effectively.
• Availability: Flexible shifting; candidates who are available for full-time commitment will be highly prioritized.
